We plan to host Worldcon in Tel Aviv. It is a cultural and business center with endless entertainment and culinary options, around the clock. Known for its food and friendly people, Tel Aviv is a beach city, and nearly everyone is fluent in English.
Venue
Our preferred venue is the EXPO Tel Aviv. The EXPO includes over 20,000sqm of fully accessible modular halls and breakout rooms. Nestled in the heart of Israel’s vibrant cultural capital, this state-of-the-art facility offers a dynamic space where businesses, organizations, and visionaries come together to showcase their latest advancements, engage with diverse audiences, and forge meaningful connections.
Conveniently located and easily accessible, Expo Tel Aviv is seamlessly connected to the city’s efficient public transportation system, ensuring a hassle-free journey for attendees. With multiple bus and train routes serving the area, reaching the venue is a breeze, allowing visitors to focus on the enriching experiences that await them.

Geeky Attractions in Tel Aviv
Tel Aviv has quite a few geeky attractions:
- Comics and Vegetables is an award-winning comics and merchandise shop
- Potion Bar, a geeky watering hole friendly to dragons
- Beit Marzeah – a local salsa dancing club doubles as a geeky club with a weekly board game night

Some “hole in the wall” top locations, for a unique local experience:
- Ali Karawan Hummus (arguably the best Hummus in Israel, and we will fight you over it). Also known as Abu Hassan to fans.
Tel Aviv also has a selection of fast food restaurants, ranging from the familiar (Domino’s, McDonalds), to the authentic (Suduch sandwiches, and a Falafel place on every corner).
